A Workout For Your Body Shape: Straight, Apple, Pear or Hourglass


Do you know your body shape? Various body types have various exercises to perform for symmerical shape. There are four predominant types of bodies which are straight, apple, pear, or hourglass. The body shape is determined by skeletal structure and distribution of muscles and fat varyig with the gender and also among females. 

Estrogen, a female sex hormone,plays an important role on the body shape. Estrogen promotes the development of breast and hip and also affects the female body shape in a number of other ways, such as fat accumulation, reduction of muscle and bone strength.
Circuit training is considered one of the best exercises for all body types; the intensity level determines its results.
Note: Always choose the exercise, weights, reps and rest according to your fitness level. You can take an expert advice for posture, breathing pattern and movements.
