It is very important to stick to healthy eating habits during the exam times. You should keep an eye on the quality as well as the quantity of the food products.
Over eating in one go can make your body lethargic that will hamper your studies.
Consumption of small portions of meals during the examination time, keeps you alive and you are energetic throughout the day.
