Are you doing Hip Thrust ???

Hip thrust is one of the most important exercise which must have a place in your workout routine. Hip Thrust is a way of training your Gluteus muscles by doing Ideal hip extension. This movement is very powerful in increasing your strength, speed and power. Glutes muscles are one of the most powerful muscles in the body. These are responsible for movements like hip extension, pulling the leg behind the body etc. you should train your Glutes muscles regularly because if these muscles are not developed properly then it affects your overall strength, speed and power.

Wonder Why???

Well, Weaker Glutes means you will have weaker Squats, Deadlifts, High Jumps, running etc. I am sure you really want to improve these !!!

Train your Glutes muscles with intensity and you will notice the difference within weeks.
To start with I am giving you 5 different variations of Hip Thrusts without weight. In my next video I would tell you How to do Hip thrust with weights.
