Kickboxing
Sequence 2
Kickboxing has attracted the interest of many fitness enthusiast
recently. We get so many queries from people who want to include Kickboxing in
their fitness regimen. It is an intensive way of burning fat and shaping up.
In order to become a good kickboxing instructor you should be
well versed with the basics of kickboxing such as hook, Jab, side kick, front
kick, push, knee, punches etc. You should know various sequences and you should
perform them with perfection in front of your clients. Your clients would
expect perfection in you and that will keep them motivated to keep coming in
your class.
Few
tips for kickboxing instructors :
- Kickboxing is
such a skill which demands a lot of practice.
- You should
practice your movements regularly and eventually your body would
understand and adapt the movement.
- To start with,
instead of practicing too many movements in one session, practice one
movement many times.
- As the famous
saying goes by the Legend himself "I don't fear the man who has
practiced 10, 000 kicks at once, I fear the man who had
practiced one kick 10,000 times."
In order to help you I am giving you kickboxing sequences from
my sessions. You can visit my website www.neerajmehtabmx.com for exercise
routines.
