This trend may also trigger inferiority complex in the other members of the group, feels fitness expert and director of GFFI Fitness Academy, Neeraj Mehta. He argues, “A trainer’s job is no less than a doctor towards his/her clients. He should never have favorites as it may inculcate inferiority complex among other patrons. Also, it’s his responsibility to make everyone feel motivated. A trainer gets to train people who have different fitness goals and his/her main responsibility is to train his clients as per their fitness level and make them push their limits. And this basic principle is applicable to all clients, be it a hard core exerciser or a beginner.”
